Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 12th October 2026

Welcome to Vfixurpc®. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, app, and services, including IT infrastructure setup, technical support, repairs, upgrades, data recovery, networking, CCTV installation, and annual maintenance contracts.

Vfixurpc® is operated by [Legal name of proprietor or business entity], located at [Complete business address], Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Please read these terms before booking a service or approving a quotation.

1. Scope of Services

We provide remote and onsite IT support, hardware and software troubleshooting, laptop and desktop repairs, chip-level repairs, upgrades, data recovery, IT infrastructure installation, networking, Wi-Fi, CCTV and related technology services.

The scope, pricing and deliverables for each service will be specified in the approved quotation, job sheet or service agreement. Service availability depends on location, technical feasibility, technician availability and parts availability.

2. Bookings and Customer Authorisation

A booking is confirmed once acknowledged by Vfixurpc®.

By requesting a service, you confirm that you own the relevant equipment or are authorised to approve work on behalf of its owner.

You must provide accurate contact information, service details and any relevant history, including previous repairs, liquid exposure, physical damage or known faults.

Services for individuals under 18 must be arranged by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Inspection, Diagnosis and Quotations

Initial estimates are based on the information provided and may change following inspection or diagnosis.

Any inspection, diagnostic, onsite visit or pickup charge will be disclosed before you agree to it.

We will obtain your approval before proceeding with chargeable repairs, replacement parts or additional work beyond the approved scope. Approval may be recorded through WhatsApp, email, our app, a signed job sheet or another documented communication.

If you decline the quotation, previously disclosed and approved diagnostic or visit charges may still apply.

4. Pricing and Payment

Quotations specify applicable charges, taxes, payment terms and validity periods.

An advance may be required for parts procurement, special-order items or project work. Any such requirement will be communicated before confirmation.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the outstanding amount is payable on completion, before delivery or at handover.

Additional work requested after approval may require a revised quotation.

5. Repair Times and Completion Estimates

Service timelines are estimates unless expressly confirmed as a firm commitment in writing.

Completion may depend on the device condition, availability of components, customer approvals and the complexity of the fault. We will communicate significant delays when they arise.

Some devices may be beyond economical repair. Where this is identified, we will explain the findings and available options before undertaking further chargeable work.

6. Replacement Parts

The type of replacement part, including whether it is new, refurbished or a compatible alternative, will be disclosed before approval.

Warranty coverage for replacement parts will be stated in the quotation or invoice.

The return or disposal of replaced components will be agreed with you, subject to any disclosed manufacturer or supplier exchange requirements.

7. Customer Data and Backups

Customers should maintain a current backup of important files before submitting a device for service, wherever possible.

Repair, storage failure, malware removal, operating system reinstallation and data recovery may involve a risk of data loss. Please inform us before work begins if preserving or recovering data is your priority.

We will obtain approval before planned formatting, reinstallation or other actions that may erase information.

Backup and data migration services are included only where expressly agreed. Data recovery results cannot be guaranteed, including the completeness or usability of recovered files.

Nothing in this section excludes responsibility for negligence or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Device Access and Remote Support

Some services require access to device settings, accounts, software or files. You authorise only the access reasonably necessary to perform the agreed work.

Where possible, provide a temporary service account or temporary password and change or revoke it after completion.

Remote access requires your authorisation. Continuing or unattended access must be separately agreed.

Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Pickup, Delivery and Device Condition

Device condition and accompanying accessories should be recorded at collection or handover. Customers should retain their job sheet or collection acknowledgement.

Pickup and delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated in advance.

We will exercise reasonable care while devices are in our custody. Please report any concerns about damage or missing accessories promptly so that we can investigate. This does not restrict your statutory rights.

10. Cancellations and Refunds

You may request cancellation by contacting us with your booking or job reference.

If no work has started and no authorised costs have been incurred, any advance paid will be refunded.

Where approved diagnosis, labour or procurement has already taken place, reasonable charges for those items may be deducted. We will explain the deductions.

Any non-returnable or special-order component conditions must be disclosed and accepted before procurement.

If we cannot fulfil an agreed service, amounts paid for services or items not supplied will be refunded unless you agree to an alternative arrangement.

Approved refunds will be initiated within [Insert number] business days, ordinarily through the original payment method. Payment-provider processing times may vary.

This policy does not restrict remedies available under applicable consumer law.

11. Warranty and Post-Service Support

Any repair or replacement warranty, including its duration, scope and exclusions, will be stated on the quotation, job sheet or invoice.

A repair warranty generally applies to the specific work performed or component replaced. It does not automatically cover unrelated faults in the device.

Coverage may exclude faults caused by subsequent accidental damage, liquid exposure, misuse, electrical damage or unauthorised alterations affecting the repaired component.

Manufacturer warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s applicable terms.

Please provide your invoice or job reference when requesting warranty support. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

12. Annual Maintenance Contracts

AMC services are governed by a separate agreement defining covered equipment, locations, preventive visits, response commitments, charges and exclusions.

Parts, consumables, licences, upgrades, data recovery and project work are included only when expressly stated in the agreement.

A response commitment means acknowledging or beginning to address a request, unless a resolution deadline is specifically agreed.

13. IT Infrastructure, Networking and CCTV

Infrastructure projects are carried out according to the approved proposal, including equipment, cabling, configuration, installation and testing.

Changes to site conditions or project requirements may affect costs and timelines. Additional work requires approval.

Customers must obtain necessary premises permissions and ensure the lawful placement and use of CCTV systems.

Internet speeds and network performance depend on factors including the internet provider, equipment, coverage and site conditions. No system guarantees uninterrupted connectivity or complete protection against security threats.

14. App and AI-Assisted Features

Where available, our app may offer troubleshooting guidance, service booking, ticket tracking, quotation approvals and related features.

AI-generated guidance may contain errors or omissions and does not replace a technician’s assessment.

Do not undertake unsafe electrical work, battery disassembly or actions that may erase important data based solely on automated guidance.

An automated suggestion, estimate or response is not a confirmed quotation, diagnosis or service commitment unless separately confirmed by Vfixurpc®.

15. Third-Party Products and Software

Third-party hardware, software, cloud services and connectivity products may be governed by their own terms and warranties.

Customers must hold valid licences for software they ask us to install or configure. We do not provide pirated software or unauthorised licence activation.

Third-party conditions do not remove our responsibility for the work we have agreed to perform.

16. Devices Awaiting Collection

We will notify you when your device is ready for collection or delivery.

Any storage charges or collection deadlines must be disclosed and agreed in advance.

We will make reasonable attempts to contact you about uncollected equipment. Any disposal, sale or other action involving an uncollected device will follow applicable law and appropriate notice.

17. Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property

You must not use our website, app or services for unlawful activity, unauthorised system access, fraud or interference with other users or systems.

The Vfixurpc® name, logo, website content and app materials belong to their respective owners and may not be commercially reproduced or misused without permission.

You retain ownership of your files and content. Service authorisation grants us only the permissions necessary to perform the agreed work.

18. Liability

We will provide services with reasonable care and skill.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business interruption.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, negligence where exclusion is prohibited, or any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

19. Events Beyond Our Control

Events such as natural disasters, major outages, transport disruption or government restrictions may affect service delivery.

Where this occurs, we will communicate material delays and discuss revised arrangements or refunds for unfulfilled services, as appropriate.

20. Complaints and Governing Law

For service concerns, please contact us with your invoice or job reference and a description of the issue.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts in Mumbai will have jurisdiction.

This does not limit your right to approach a consumer commission or other competent authority having jurisdiction under applicable law.

21. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date.

Changes apply prospectively and do not alter an existing approved quotation or service agreement without your agreement.
